Cancellation Policy

1. In-Stock Orders
Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled before shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately at your earliest convenience if you wish to cancel.

2. Pre-Order Items (Full Payment)
All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Please note the following:

Before production/shipment begins: You may request a cancellation before shipping.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are subject to change. 

3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Subject line: "Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]"
We will confirm receipt of your request within 1–2 business days. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:
Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit
Custom or personalized orders

5. Changes to This Policy
Douk Audio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
