Return & Refund Policy

Douk Audio provides a return and refund service for eligible products purchased through our official website. All return requests must follow the conditions and procedures outlined below.

Return Request

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must be approved by Douk Audio before the item is returned.

Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only with approved authorization.

Returned items must:

  • Be in good condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Show no excessive wear, damage, contamination, or misuse

Items that are damaged, incomplete, heavily used, contaminated, or returned without required accessories may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and other third-party fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is caused by an error on our part.

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, Douk Audio may refuse the return or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Failed Delivery / Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, phone number, and any required apartment, unit, buzzer, or access information at checkout.

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit before delivery, Douk Audio will assist in investigating with the logistics provider and may offer a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed.
  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but the customer claims it was not received, third-party confirmation is required before a replacement or refund can be issued.  

Without third-party confirmation, Douk Audio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation, involving incorrect or incomplete address details or packages left at mailboxes, doorsteps, parcel lockers, reception areas, or received by others at the delivery address.

Return & Refund Authorization

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official Douk Audio website. Products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, marketplaces, or authorized dealers are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective seller.
