Certified open box Douk audio NS-13G-MAX

I orderd Certified open box Douk audio NS-13G-MAX, which was avalibile in EU, customer service helped me with some questions about how to order open box products, and everything went ok. I placed shipping surcharge in my cart in the amount which was specified for the amplifier, payed, sent customer service email with order number and item I orderd, they sent me confirmation email and in about a week amplifier was deliverd. It was packed and good protected in brown cardboard box, it stated that it comes with a power adapter and it did, there wasnt manual in the box and the amplifier had a few tiny scrathes but other than that everything is ok and it works good and it hasnt been used.
