Return Eligibility

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed no later than the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you

Order processing may be delayed due to stock, delivery restrictions, carrier charges, or customs issues, and we will contact you promptly with available options.

Shipping Time

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 2–14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the price at checkout unless otherwise noted.

Douk Audio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our reasonable control.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products are not subject to the standard delivery timeframe stated above. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be indicated on the relevant product page whenever possible.

Shipping Protection Service

We take the safe delivery of your order seriously. Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipment, securely packaged using high-quality protective materials, and shipped through trusted international carriers. If you encounter any issues during delivery, our team will do our best to assist you and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Failed Delivery / Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, phone number, and any required apartment, unit, buzzer, or access information at checkout.

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit before delivery, Douk Audio will assist in investigating with the logistics provider and may offer a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed.
  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but the customer claims it was not received, third-party confirmation is required before a replacement or refund can be issued.  

Without third-party confirmation, Douk Audio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation, involving incorrect or incomplete address details or packages left at mailboxes, doorsteps, parcel lockers, reception areas, or received by others at the delivery address.
