Warm tips
- The bias and gain of two 6E2 tubes are set well before shipping, please pay attention to the R/L channel markings on the tubes, don't insert them wrongly during installation.
- 3.5mm headphone jack with priority, please make sure the headphone has been disconnected if you want RCA output.
- Pluggable tube socket design, 6A2 is convenient to be replaced by 6K4, EF93, 6BA6, W727 etc. to enjoy tube sound of different styles.
- T9 is a preamp not a power amplifier, needed to work with amplifiers or active speakers.
How to Adjust the Bias and Gain of the 6E2 Tubes?
- 1. Power on T9 and do not input any source signal;
- Adjust the BIAS to display the green light of the 6E2 tube at the bottom;
- Then input the audio signal, and adjust the GAIN to display the 6E2 in the appropriate position and balance left and right.

Outstanding performance! I just bought a second unit for my cd player into the hi fi stereo amp!! My first purchase blew away a bellari tube preamp combined with an additional tube warmer device connected to a brand new solidstate peavey jukebox amp!!! The Gain,Bass and Treble of this T9 enhanced a mediocre sound to a true warm powerhouse! I also found a wonderful stunning performance running the T9 through my vintage tube amplifiers (bypassing the built-in preamps)!! Highly recommended device- this is my all time audiofavorite!! /Also: the T9 eliminated the need for an equalizer !
WOW!!! Right out of the box it made my vinyl records sound so much better. I still get a little hum even with a ground wire installed but it’s not bad. My vinyl always came through sounding a little low and flat. This minor upgrade makes it worth it for the price.
The T9 makes my direct drive turntable and my cheap CD player sound like a million bucks! I do get noise with my belt drive turntable even with a ground wire and loop isolator so I just use with the direct drive. I love the retro look and the sound of the tubes! Definitely worth the money if you want to enhance the sound quality of a budget system.
Great product
Sweet little phono pre-amp, works well and the tubes light show is too cool. The Chinese translation to English on the manual instructions is bad so use your common sense and it will work. If your turntable has its own built in pre-amp for line level don’t use that setting because two pre-amps at once is no bueno! Regardless if you receiver has a phono input or just an auxiliary input leave turntable on the phono setting and this pre-amp works great. Sounds great too!!
