FAQs
Q: Why is the walnut finish on my T12 slightly different from the pictures?
A: T12 uses real walnut wood, so each unit has its own natural grain pattern. Slight differences in color or texture are normal and make each piece unique.
Q: Why is there no sound immediately after powering on the T12?
A: This is normal. The tubes need about 5–10 seconds to warm up after power-on. Sound may be absent or gradually increase during this time.
Q: Why is there no sound from the RCA outputs when I plug in headphones?
A: This is normal. The headphone output takes priority, so the RCA outputs will not work when headphones are connected. If you want RCA output, please unplug the headphone.
Q: Can RCA Output 1 and Output 2 work at the same time?
A: No. Only one RCA output can be active at a time. Please select either Output 1 or Output 2..
Q: Can the vacuum tubes be replaced?
A: Yes. The tubes are replaceable, but only with the same tube model. Tube modules supplied by us support plug-in replacement; separately purchased tubes may require soldering.
Q: Why do I hear noise when using low-impedance headphones (below 32Ω)?
A: This is normal. Low-impedance headphones are more sensitive and may amplify background noise. We recommend using headphones rated at 32Ω or higher. You can also use an impedance adapter (30-80Ω) or lower the volume to reduce the noise.
