Warm tips:
- Two outputs (RCA / XLR ) can work at the same time.
- When the scale line on frequency knobs points to the middle means this frequency band is neither weakened nor strengthened. When rotating it to its middle position there will be a feeling of pause.
- Default 6H1N-BN tubes, can be changed to the following models: 6SN7GT / 6N1 / 6AQ8, and the 6SN7GT requires a 6SN7 to 6N1 socket adapter.
- Upgraded 7-band EQ preamp: separate and rich frequency band control (50Hz / 125Hz / 315Hz / 750Hz / 2KHz / 6KHz / 16KHz), T8 can compensate for the defects of speakers and sound field by adjusting 7-band high, middle and low frequencies, and modify various sound sources. The timbre and loudness also can be changed to achieve different sound effects.
- Real balanced XLR preamp: support XLR and RCA inputs and outputs, T8 can reproduce high-quality audio for amplifier or active speaker with excellent separation, resolution, sound field, clean background. Also with a balance control to compensate for the left and right channel of all outputs and prevent the sound field positioning from deviating from the center position.

Das Gerät ist wertig verarbeitet. Die Regler stehn in der Nullposition nicht in der Mitte. Rest ist sehr gut.
This thing is awesome. Tubes are probably a sham, despite them running off a hot-ass tube heater, as the unit itself runs off only 12V. But the EQ is fantastic and has been a great, cheap way to fix my setup. Doesn't seem to degrade the signal, but can't say for certain. Users should be aware that the input sensitivity is pretty low (listed at 0.78VRMS on the product page) -- I'll sometimes have to attenuate my preamp's signal ahead of the chain to avoid clipping.Using HouseCurve (off the iOS store, excellent free and paid options) with the T8 Pro, I've been able to flatten the FR of my living room set up (DAC/preamp > T8 Pro > Sony 2-ch/TubeCube 7 > Technics SB-LX70). FWIW, I'd imagine headphones might be harder to fix unless you have a measurement rig or just want to add in a bass or treble boost, as its hard to tell the Q factor of the filters and their interactions with each other, and having to switch filters manually each time would be a pain.Would be great to see a solid-state, no frills, version of this product, as well as a full-functioning tube or tube-hybrid version.
Way better sound than the previous, non-pro, model T8 EQ. I swapped this out with the previous model and could tell an instant sound improvement and I hadn’t even dialed the bands in yet. Not only more frequency bands on the new model, but more meaningful frequencies. Much better bass response, better control of “muddiness” bands, and better mids.
The media could not be loaded.
I produce music and djed most of my life. I learned over the years, good sound come together by subtle trims or boosts. Id recommend attentuating instead of boosting as I did in my video. I was demonstrating it's capacities. I like this module. Great inclusion for great price.
Not a good item. Not balanced at all. No gain control per channel.
